Dr. Kristyl JL Smith-Brown is a doctoral-trained organizational psychology specialist, college professor, speaker, and organizational development strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity, challenge conventional thinking, and create meaningful change.

With more than a decade of experience spanning higher education, nonprofit leadership, organizational consulting, and workforce development, Dr. Kristyl brings a unique perspective to the intersection of human behavior, organizational systems, and cultural identity.
